Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct performance, security, and compatibility testing across browsers and devices
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain detailed test documentation and metrics reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing methodologies
- Proficiency with manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, Postman, JIRA)
- Strong understanding of agile/scrum development processes
- Experience writing and executing test cases in SQL and API testing
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in remote settings
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
