Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues efficiently
- Develop and maintain test cases aligned with Agile sprint cycles
- Perform regression testing on new features and product updates
- Analyze test results to recommend quality improvements
- Maintain detailed test documentation and metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and bug tracking systems
- Experience with performance testing and API validation tools
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
