Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear reproducible steps
- Collaborate with developers to validate fixes and ensure seamless integration
- Develop detailed test cases covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable feedback for product improvements
- Maintain and update test documentation in Confluence
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
- Expertise in defect tracking systems and test case management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
