Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers during agile sprints to ensure rapid issue resolution
- Automate regression tests using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Perform manual and automated compatibility testing across browsers and devices
- Analyze test results to provide actionable quality metrics to stakeholders
- Maintain and improve QA documentation and test case libraries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development
- Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and agile processes
- Proficiency in SQL for database testing and validation
- Familiarity with API testing using Postman or SoapUI
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification a plus
