Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
- Develop comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test documentation
- Perform functional, regression, usability, and compatibility testing across multiple platforms
- Utilize JIRA and other bug-tracking tools to report, track, and verify resolution of issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations for product improvements
- Maintain and update test automation scripts using Selenium and similar tools
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and test case development
- Experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and defect lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
