Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and test data in alignment with Agile methodologies
- Perform regression testing, compatibility testing, and usability validation across multiple browsers/devices
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to product stakeholders
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured)
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Certification or equivalent quality assurance certification a plus
