Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Automate regression tests using Selenium/Cypress and maintain test frameworks
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Perform manual and automated testing for new features and bug fixes
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Maintain test documentation and update test cases as requirements evolve
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Experience writing SQL queries for database validation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
