Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases for complex software applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios
- Perform regression testing and validate bug fixes
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights
- Maintain and enhance test automation scripts using Selenium
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with defect tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Security clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of DoD compliance standards a plus
