Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing for SaaS applications
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress to accelerate release cycles
- Document defects with detailed reproducible steps in JIRA and maintain test case repositories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct exploratory testing on new features and provide actionable feedback
- Analyze test metrics and report quality metrics to stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry testing tools and methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA experience with SaaS applications and cloud environments
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
- Excellent written communication skills
