Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress and maintain test frameworks
- Document defects in JIRA with detailed steps and severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Lead QA sprints and provide actionable improvement insights
- Maintain test environments and validate API integrations
- Mentor junior testers on best practices and tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA/testing experience with SaaS/web applications
- Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting
- Strong SQL knowledge for database validation
- Agile/Scrum methodology expertise
- Experience with performance/load testing tools
- Excellent written communication skills for documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
