Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and execution strategies
- Perform regression testing and validate bug fixes in staging environments
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management systems
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (black/white box, regression, smoke)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills for documentation
