Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Perform regression testing and validate product releases
- Develop detailed test cases and test scenarios
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights
- Maintain QA documentation and processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA/testing experience
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development cycles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
