Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans to identify, document, and track software defects
- Develop detailed test cases and scripts covering functional, regression, usability, and performance testing
- Utilize JIRA, Selenium, and Postman to manage test cycles and validate product features
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions
- Conduct ad-hoc testing and exploratory testing to uncover edge cases
- Generate clear, actionable bug reports with detailed steps and expected results
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to provide quality insights and improve processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows and bug tracking systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience testing web, mobile, and API applications
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation and test data management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
