Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Python and AWS/GCP
- Mentor 4-6 junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct architectural reviews and drive technical debt reduction initiatives
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Node.js)
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Professional certifications (AWS/Azure) preferred
