Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, and API platforms
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve complex technical issues
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts for new features
- Perform regression testing on legacy systems while maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze test results to provide actionable quality metrics to stakeholders
- Maintain and optimize test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with SaaS or enterprise applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect lifecycles
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) a plus
- Familiarity with SQL for database testing and validation
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally with development and product teams
- U.S. citizenship required for government-contracted projects
