Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via ticketing system and remote assistance
- Assist with system deployments, patch management, and security updates
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Participate in ongoing training to develop advanced technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly through self-study
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
