Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira with clear severity metrics
- Automate test cases using Selenium/Cypress for continuous integration pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate product requirements
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues
- Maintain test environments and ensure data integrity
- Generate detailed test reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD workflows
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and database interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
