Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and security testing
- Execute manual and automated test scripts using Selenium and JIRA
- Document defects with detailed steps and severity levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues
- Analyze test metrics to improve product quality metrics
- Maintain test environments and documentation
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in manual testing tools (Selenium, Postman)
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Cypress, TestComplete)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience testing web/mobile applications and APIs
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
