Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other quality management tools
- Perform manual, automated, and regression testing across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolutions
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to product stakeholders
- Maintain and enhance QA documentation, including test cases and user scenarios
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
