Responsibilities
- Collect and aggregate data from various internal and external sources to support business objectives.
- Perform data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure high-quality, accurate datasets.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (using Tableau or Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to identify business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data sets to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Index/Match).
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot data issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to relocate to Chicago, IL (Relocation Assistance provided).
