Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects using JIRA and Bugzilla
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve critical issues
- Design comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and usability
- Implement Selenium WebDriver for automated testing frameworks
- Conduct performance/load testing with JMeter
- Maintain test documentation in Confluence
Qualifications
- 3+ years in software QA with manual/automated testing experience
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with SQL database testing
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
