Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications across multiple platforms
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Automate regression tests using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct manual and automated functional, performance, and usability testing
- Collaborate with Agile teams to integrate QA processes into sprint cycles
- Analyze test metrics and provide actionable insights for product improvements
- Maintain and update test documentation and QA standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting languages
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, bug tracking, and test management
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices
- Familiarity with SQL for database testing and data validation
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
