Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium/Cypress
- Document defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and severity ratings
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD testing pipelines
- Lead QA sprints and mentor junior testers on best practices
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Validate compliance with ISO 27001 security standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in automated testing
- Expertise in Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail/Cucumber
- Strong background in API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with SQL database testing
- Experience with mobile app testing (iOS/Android)
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
