Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans to identify software defects
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define test cases and quality metrics
- Document test results and provide detailed bug reports with reproducible steps
- Perform regression testing on new features and system updates
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using industry-standard tools
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes
- Analyze test coverage and recommend enhancements to testing methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with a focus on web applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in remote teams
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
