Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues
- Automate regression tests using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Perform manual and automated testing across multiple browsers and devices
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement recommendations
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics
- Mentor junior QA team members and improve testing processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional QA testing experience in software development environments
- Expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, and related automation tools
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) or equivalent preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
