Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test plans across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Design comprehensive test cases covering functional, regression, and usability scenarios
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics
- Validate product requirements against business specifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques and defect tracking tools
- Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Experience with SQL for database testing and validation
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent
