Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and integration testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity levels
- Automate test cases using Selenium and Cypress for continuous integration pipelines
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and implement preventive measures
- Validate UI/UX consistency across web and mobile applications
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and improve testing efficiency
- Maintain and update test documentation for compliance and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development environments
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Knowledge of SQL for database validation and test data management
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
