Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using Jira with clear reproducible steps
- Collaborate with Agile teams during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Develop test cases from requirements/specifications using BDD frameworks
- Perform regression testing and release validation in staging environments
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues
- Maintain test documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience with SaaS/enterprise applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB certification a plus
