Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test suites across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA/TestRail with clear severity levels
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
- Create detailed test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain test environments and ensure data integrity during testing cycles
- Mentor junior testers and implement best practices in QA methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA/testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Familiarity with SQL for database testing and validation
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in regulated industries (gaming, finance, healthcare) a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
