Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA and test management tools
- Develop detailed test plans and test scripts covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve product features
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to align testing strategies with sprint goals
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA testing experience with web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with SQL and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification a plus
