Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications across multiple devices
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect tracking systems
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Perform automated regression testing using Selenium and Cypress frameworks
- Conduct usability testing and provide actionable improvement recommendations

Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience with SaaS applications
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing methodologies
