Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web/mobile applications
- Document detailed test cases and track defects using JIRA and TestRail
- Perform regression, integration, and performance testing in CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve critical bugs
- Implement test automation using Selenium/Cypress for regression suites
- Analyze test metrics to identify quality trends and improvement opportunities
- Maintain test environments and QA documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA/testing experience in SaaS environments
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and QA best practices
- Experience with API testing (Postman, REST-assured) and SQL queries
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
