As a key member of our quality assurance division, you'll ensure our software meets the highest standards before release. Work closely with developers and product managers in our state-of-the-art Orlando facility, with flexible scheduling options available.
Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and similar tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve issues
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Perform regression testing and smoke testing on new builds
- Maintain and improve test documentation and processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Knowledge of SQL database queries
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
