Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and other industry tools
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide detailed feedback
- Analyze test results and recommend quality improvements
- Maintain and update test documentation and QA processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA testing environments
- Proficiency with manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with SQL and database testing
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
