Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios
- Execute manual and automated tests using Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail
- Identify, document, and track bugs with detailed reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and implement fixes
- Perform smoke tests and regression testing on new releases
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to product teams
- Maintain and improve QA documentation and processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows
- Familiarity with SQL for database testing
- Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments
