Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications
- Create detailed test plans, cases, and scripts covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios
- Document defects using JIRA with clear reproduction steps and severity levels
- Collaborate with Agile teams during sprint planning and retrospectives
- Analyze test results to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Validate fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure issue resolution
- Maintain test environments and assist in CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with software development lifecycle knowledge
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong understanding of SQL for database testing and validation
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-platform testing methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in remote teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
