Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA and defect management systems
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve critical issues
- Conduct regression testing and validate software fixes
- Develop test cases and scripts covering functional, usability, and performance requirements
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to ensure quality milestones
- Maintain detailed test documentation and metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of QA testing experience with software applications
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with SQL for database testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
- ISTQB Foundation Certification a plus
