Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Design and implement robust test cases covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity classifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and drive quality improvements
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium/Python
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide actionable feedback
- Generate detailed test reports and metrics for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA testing with SaaS products
- Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr)
- Expertise in SQL for database testing and validation
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
