Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for web/mobile applications
- Automate regression tests using Selenium/Cypress frameworks
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA with detailed severity reports
- Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipeline testing
- Perform manual and automated performance/load testing with JMeter
- Lead cross-functional quality audits and compliance checks
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices
- Continuously improve QA processes and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA testing with 3+ years in automation
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and API testing tools (Postman)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database testing
- Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) preferred
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter/K6)
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
