Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive test strategies covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Execute automated testing using Selenium/Cypress and manual testing protocols
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity metrics
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement preventive measures
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvements
- Maintain test environments and ensure optimal test coverage
- Lead QA processes for CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA/testing with 2+ years in automated testing
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks
- Strong experience with SQL and API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
- Proficiency in defect tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB certification preferred
