Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual/automated test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead cross-functional QA initiatives using JIRA, Selenium, and Cypress
- Identify, document, and track defects with precision in TestRail
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines and test automation
- Mentor junior testers and drive continuous improvement of QA processes
- Conduct API testing with Postman and SOAP UI for microservices architecture
- Analyze test metrics and present quality insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on QA experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and scripting
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology
- Experience testing complex data-driven systems and REST APIs
- Proficient in SQL for database validation and defect analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
