Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
- Design and implement automated regression tests using Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
- Perform API testing and database validation using Postman and SQL.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.
- Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve stability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and software testing.
- Strong proficiency in automated testing tools: Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
- Familiarity with SQL and database querying for data verification.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Waterfall processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
