Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium and Cypress for CI/CD integration
- Collaborate with DevOps to implement robust QA pipelines in AWS environments
- Lead defect lifecycle management using JIRA and prioritize critical issues
- Document test procedures and maintain quality metrics dashboards
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and emerging testing tools
- Conduct accessibility and security compliance testing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with focus on web applications
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD methodologies and tools (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for test verification
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
