Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium/Cypress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive coverage
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with detailed reproduction steps
- Perform manual and regression testing across web and mobile applications
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Maintain and optimize test infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and testing methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with 3+ years in automation
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, and test frameworks
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD processes
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter/K6) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- ISTQB certification a plus
