Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs with high precision using Jira.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality assurance.
- Collaborate closely with Agile development teams to define acceptance criteria and root cause analysis.
- Perform API testing using Postman and validate data integrity with SQL queries.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies to increase coverage and reduce regression cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QA Automation and Software Testing.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or Python for scripting automation.
- Expert knowledge of Selenium WebDriver and Cypress or similar frameworks.
- Experience with REST API testing and tools like Postman.
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
