Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium/Cypress
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and security testing
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate QA pipelines into CI/CD workflows
- Lead performance testing for high-transaction financial systems
- Mentor junior QA engineers on testing best practices
- Document test cases and maintain quality metrics dashboards
- Identify and document critical defects with detailed reproduction steps
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA automation with 3+ years in fintech or regulated industry
- Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong experience with JIRA, TestRail, and Postman/Newman
- Certified ISTQB Advanced Test Engineer or equivalent
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and JIRA workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) testing environments
