Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, performance, and security validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and quality metrics
- Analyze defects, track trends, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes
- Mentor junior testers and champion DevOps best practices
- Lead API testing using Postman and JMeter for microservices architecture
- Document test cases, results, and quality reports using JIRA and Confluence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with proven track record in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in JavaScript/Python for test script development
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certified Professional Tester (CSTE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and security scanning
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate requirements into test cases
- Strong communication skills with experience in agile/scrum environments
