Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles for complex web and mobile applications
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve critical bugs
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing integration
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
- Analyze test metrics to drive quality improvements and process optimizations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha)
- Proficiency in API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker)
- Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST) or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
