Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document defects with precision
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing workflows
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best testing practices
- Conduct root cause analysis for critical bugs and drive resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in software QA with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, and test frameworks (JUnit, TestNG)
- Strong knowledge of API testing with Postman and RESTful services
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Proficient in programming languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
- Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
