Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
- Lead end-to-end testing strategies for complex web and mobile applications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions for automated testing
- Execute performance, security, and regression testing using JMeter and Postman
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best testing practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria
- Analyze test results and drive continuous improvement of QA processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA automation experience with 3+ years in SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python for test automation
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and test-driven development
- Certification in ISTQB or similar QA methodology preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Demonstrable ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
